  • 10 arguments for waterjet cutting

     

    • Almost every material can be cut with waterjet.
    • There is no material structure changes
    • During waterjet cutting there is no heat load or material damage (crack, hardening).
    • The deformation effect is negligible as the radius has a low reaction force of 20 to 40 [N] (sandwich structures can be cut).
    • Cold and hard materials can be cut
    • Small cutting hole, low material loss, 0,3..1,2[mm].
    • Pre-drilling doesn’t needed.
    • Minimal burring.
    • Lower costs: in case of sheet materials more layers can be cut at the same time and more than one product can be manufactured on one tableware.
    • Environmental protection: there is no environmental load during cutting.

    There is no such a material, which can’t be cut with waterjet.
