Edge bending is a cold-forming process used in the sheet metal industry that takes place between a punch and a die. Why is this technology advantageous? Welding work can be minimized, there is no heat input, it is fast and saves time, every piece comes out perfectly identical, and it is cost-effective.

Fleet of Vehicles

Production currently takes place on six CNC edge-bending machines with 6, 8, or 10 axes: TruBend 5085 B23, AMADA HFE 130-3, AMADA HFBO, AMADA HFE 50-20L, Baykal APHS 41200, Durma HAP 3080.

LV 0.1–6 mm: 5–4,000 mm · LV 8 mm: 5–2,500 mm

Quality

Regular measurements; our latest Trumpf machine continuously monitors the bending process using an automatic angle measurement system and automatically corrects itself if any deviations are detected.

Capacity

We are equipped to handle everything from small-batch production runs of 1–2 units to mass-production runs of several thousand units, even on short notice. We review every incoming quote using the latest Trumpf software and simulate the manufacturing process.
