Our used industrial machinery, available for sale from time to time, and our in-house developed JetPhant settling system.
In addition to contract work, we also sell machinery: from time to time, we offer used industrial machinery for sale, as well as our in-house product, the JetPhant sedimentation system, which we manufacture for waterjet cutting machines. Please contact us for information on our current selection of used machinery.
JetPhant, what are you doing?
continuously removes the debris (silt) that accumulates during waterjet cutting, without the need for downtime or manual cleaning
Drive
Pneumatic; requires only compressed air (4–6 bar); diaphragm pump with a Teflon valve system and no moving parts
Operation
A suction head collects the sludge from the basin and transfers it to the settling tank or into a BIG-BAG bag; the filtered water returns to the machine via an overflow
Design
Modular (multiple suction heads depending on machine size), painted storage tank, compatible with any machine type, can be moved with a forklift
Applications
Operators of waterjet cutting systems (JetPhant); those interested in used industrial machinery, based on current inventory.

Why JetPhant?
◷
No downtime
Continuous operation of the waterjet cutting machine—no periodic disassembly, reassembly, or shoveling.
💨
Easy to use
All you need is compressed air (4–6 bar); it's cost-effective to operate.
⚒
Minimal maintenance
Durable diaphragm pump, economical, and easy to control.
✓
A Clean Work Environment
Improves the cutting machine's uptime and ensures cleaner operation.
How It Works
The Operating Principle of a Settling Tank
The pneumatic pump draws in the sludge through the sludge suction pipe in the tank and transfers it to the settling tank; the sediment is collected in a BIG-BAG bag, and the filtered water flows back into the water cutter.
①
Debris Suction Head
It removes excess sludge from the pool
②
Settling tank
The debris is placed in a secured BIG-BAG bag
③
Overflow Return
The filtered water flows back through a flexible tube
